He was born in Kahramanmaraş (Elbistan) in 1963. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Gazi University in 1984. Having started his career by successfully passing the examination for Intern Revenue Controllership held by the Ministry of Finance in 1985, he was appointed as a Revenue Controller in 1989 following his authorization and proficiency examination. After having served in this position for nearly 10 years, he resigned from his office and worked as a financial coordinator in Istanbul foreign exchange and gold markets for a while. In the meantime, he also served in Istanbul Gold Exchange Dispute Resolution Committee. He still continues to serve as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant as his profession that he had started by establishing the company Sahra YMM Ltd. Şti. in 1996. He was also authorized as an Independent Auditor by the Public Oversight Authority in 2013. In addition to some vocational and cultural working groups, he takes part in various social activities as a Board member of Mehmet Akif Ersoy Intellectual and Artistic Works Foundation, a member of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Education, a member of the Advisory Board of Mehmet Akif Ersoy Researches Center, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Haliç University.

He is one of the responsible partner chief auditors of our company; he graduated from the Department of Finance in the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University in 1984. After working as a Revenue Controller for the Ministry of Finance between the years of 1985 – 1996, he resigned from his office. He has been working as a sworn-in certified public accountant registered with Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants since 1996.

Yılmaz GÜNEY was born in 1966 in Istanbul and graduated from Business Management Faculty of Istanbul University in 1987, after finishing Vocational High School of Finance. He started his career as Assistant Inspector at the Board of Finance Inspectors in the same year. During his 12-year inspection career, he received MA degree in economics from the University of Akron in Ohio, USA. He served as a general manager and a board member in the private sector for 6 years. He gained experience in company setup and management in USA, Netherlands, Germany and Egypt during his career. He has been continued his activities as a sworn-in tax advisor and financial advisor as a member of Chamber of Sworn-in Public Accountants of Istanbul. He is implementing his auditing activities as a partner of Yeditepe Independent Auditing and Sworn-in Tax Advising, Inc.

Güney received his PhD degree in Economics at Istanbul University, with the thesis titled ''Economic Impact Analysis Of Income Tax Schedules: A Social Accounting Matrix Model For Turkey”.

He is one of the Partners of our Company; and he graduated from the Department of Finance in the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University in 1988. After having worked as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance between the years of 1989-1996, he resigned from his office. He has been working as a sworn-in certified public accountant registered with Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants since 1999.

He is one of the Partners of our Company; and he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Hacettepe University in 1991. He served as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance between the years of 1993-2010. He still continues his professional activities as a registered member of Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in 1996. He worked as an auditor for various audit companies until 2003. Working as a financial consultant, he provided consultancy services in the fields of tax, financial management and management accounting, mostly for manufacturing, Health and Retail sectors. He received his Insurance Independent Audit License in 2004, CMB Independent Audit License in 2011, POA (Public Oversight Authority) Independent Audit License in 2013, and Certified Public Accountant license in 2016. He still works as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant registered with Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants at the company named Çetin & Eryürük Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi that he is a founding partner of. ERYÜRÜK also conducts joint and independent audit activities at Yeditepe Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş.
