With its experience gained throughout its successful history, Yeditepe Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM A.Ş. provides independent auditing, tax and specialized consulting services for companies operating in industry, trade and service sectors.
Our Company is a member of the alliance titled as the Praxity Global Alliance of Independent Firms, organized as a not-for-profit entity under Belgian law and allowing for professional support and collaboration among its members. It has its executive office operating in UK under the trade-name of Praxity – Global Alliance Limited and members in over 96 countries. Praxity itself does not provide services like audit, consultancy, etc.; nor does it have a partnership relationship with its members. It is a structure that is not aimed at profit or cost sharing, that does not have a common property, control or management, and that tries to ensure professional collaboration regarding mostly the exchange of legislation among its members from different countries when needed. Praxity is not covered within the scope of “Audit network” defined in the standard “Code of Ethics for Independent Auditors” published by the Public Oversight Authority.

Our company is a top organization established by the following companies coming together. Independent auditing, management consulting, corporate finance and accounting support services are provided within the structure of Yeditepe; and certified public accountancy and consulting services are provided our founding partner companies.
The foundations of our company were laid with the establishment of the companies Sahra YMM Ltd. Şti. and İhtisas YMM Ltd. Şti. in 1995; and our union was completed with the participation of our other partners in 2006.
Staff:
Yeditepe audit operates with nearly 35 employees in total, together with its business partners’ staff that are specialized in the fields of tax and corporate finance. Most of our employees know English and are selected among the universities training the best candidates in the fields of accounting and finance. Following recruitment, employees undergo intensive training and on-the-job trainings are continued at all levels of the jobs.
