He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University in 1990. He began his career at the Ministry of Finance as an Account Specialist and completed his Master’s degree at Boston University in 2001.In the public sector, he held senior positions such as Department Head at the General Directorate of Revenues, Deputy Chairman of the Privatization Administration, Chairman of the Board at TAPDK, and Deputy General Manager at Turkish Airlines (THY). During this period, he also served as a board member at companies including TEKEL, TEDAŞ, THY OPET, TGS, and Kütahya Porselen.After leaving public service, he worked as a CEO in the private sector. Since 2017, he has been practicing as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant, affiliated with the Istanbul Chamber of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants (SMMM).
