He was born on 12 October 1971 in Ordu, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He graduated from the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Ankara University, in 1994.In 1995, he began his career as a Tax Inspector. Between 20 March 2003 and 18 August 2005, he served as Deputy Treasurer of Bursa, and between 18 August 2005 and 21 December 2006, he held the position of Head of the Tekirdağ Tax Office.Since 2007, he has been practicing as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant, affiliated with the Bursa Chamber of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants.
