Our company is a member of the Praxity Global Alliance of Independent Firms.
Praxity Global Alliance of Independent Firms is an international, non-profit association established under Belgian law that promotes professional collaboration among its members. Bringing together independent audit and consulting firms operating in many countries around the world, Praxity facilitates cooperation and the exchange of expertise. The alliance has a management office in the United Kingdom under the name Praxity – Global Alliance Limited and has members in more than 96 countries.
Praxity itself does not provide audit, consultancy, or similar services, nor does it have a partnership relationship with its members. It is an organization that does not aim for profit or cost sharing, has no common ownership, control, or management structure, and focuses on providing professional support—mainly through sharing regulatory insights—among its members across different countries when needed. Praxity does not fall under the definition of an “Audit Network” as described in the “Ethical Rules for Independent Auditors” standard published by the Public Oversight Authority.

Foundation
The foundations of our company were laid with the establishment of Sahra YMM Ltd. and İhtisas YMM Ltd. in 1995, and our partnership was completed in 2006 with the participation of our other partners.

Alongside financial auditing, we independently ensure the data integrity of your ESG reporting through sustainability auditing. With our limited or reasonable assurance reports, we make your environmental, social, and governance performance transparent, highlight risks, and increase stakeholder confidence.
Personnel
Yeditepe Independent Audit and Certified Public Accounting Inc. specializes in tax and corporate finance matters and operates with approximately 100 employees, including those of its solution partners. Most of our staff speak English and are selected from universities that train the best personnel in accounting and finance. Following recruitment, staff undergo intensive training, and in-house training continues at every level of the profession.
