He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Hacettepe University in 1991. Between 1993 and 2010, he served as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance, during which he also held the position of Head of the Anatolian Institutions Tax Office, Istanbul Directorate of Revenues, from 2003 to 2005.He served for a period in the Income Tax Sub-Working Group of the Tax Council, and between 2016 and 2019, he was a Board Member of the Istanbul Chamber of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants (SMMM), serving as Treasurer.He continues his professional career as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant, affiliated with the Istanbul Chamber of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants.
